Moors Resort and Marina

The hall for worship and services are in the Great Room at The Lodge on The Moors Resort and Marina.

The Moors offers a variety of lodging options including pet-friendly accommodations.  The Moors features 24 log cabin Lodge rooms, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages and townhouse units complete with kitchens, refrigerators, stove and microwave ovens, linens, cable TV and free Wi-Fi.  There are kids playgrounds, mini-golf and plenty of outdoor areas for grilling and fellowshipping.   Ralph’s Harborview Bar and Grill is right on the resort for  breakfast, lunch and dinner.   There is a coin laundry on the resort grounds.  The Marina offers boat and slip rentals, fuel, bait, tackle and a beach to the inlet bay.

The Moors Resort is roughly a 12 mile scenic drive from the KY Dam Convention center, or just two miles South of the KY Dam Marina on the lake.

Because this is a largely rural area, there is minimal traffic congestion except on Interstate 24 and in areas near the towns.

REGISTRATION

MANDATORY REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOU CAN RESERVE YOUR LODGING

We have reserved the ENTIRE RESORT at the Moors for the 2024 Feast of Tabernacles from October 13th 2024 until the 27th to accommodate brethren on differing calendars and to afford plenty of set-up and take down time. However, despite the fact we have reserved the entire resort – we are limited in the number of attendees the Moors can accommodate comfortably. This is a smaller, more intimate resort site and the hall can comfortably seat 110 with overflow seating just outside on the patio under canopy tent. To attend the 2024 Kentucky Lake Feast of Tabernacles at Moors Resort, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER WITH US FIRST. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK A RESERVATION AT THE MOORS FOR THE FEAST UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A PASSCODE FROM THE FESTIVAL TEAM.

Please e-mail us at kylakefot@gmail.com with ALL of the following information: your name, contact information including e-mail address, phone number, including cell number and your mailing address; the number of persons you will have staying with you; if you have a pet you are bringing with you, including service animal; the desired cabin/lodge/cottage you would like; your second choice of desired lodging in case your first choice is already reserved; and any special needs (such as wheelchair access/pet-friendly or allergen-free room) you require. After we receive your e-mail, we may contact you for confirmation or if additional information is needed, and then afterward, a unique passcode will then be provided to you via e-mail with instructions on how to make your reservation at the Moors Resort office. A non-refundable one night deposit is required by the resort when you provide your Feast passcode and credit card information to the resort to hold your reservation. Further details will be posted here and updated as needed.

Those brethren who made their Registration request with Ericka at the 2023 Feast will receive information along with their passcode to make their reservation and deposit at the resort at the contact address and number you provided.
