Opening Night Friday, September 25th 2026

6:30 – 8:00 PM – Opening Night Welcome/ Worship Service – with Michael Deering – The Lodge Great Room

8:30 PM – Open Fellowship Meet & Greet

We have reserved the Great Room for the entirety of the Feast for your use anytime, after services, afternoons and evenings when no official activity is scheduled for fellowship and meals.

We are permitted to bring, serve and eat our own food at the Hall, and we have scheduled meals together each day, alternating lunch or suppers with catered meals for the entire congregation. Water, Coffee, Tea, Lemonade and Iced Tea will be available. Wine, beer, soft drinks or other beverages are welcome to be shared, but are not provided by the team.

NOTE: We CANNOT cater to special dietary needs (ie: gluten-free or sugar free diets). If you have special dietary needs or restrictions, please make your own provisions for meals as you are welcome to bring your own food to the hall and dine with the congregation at the Moors.
